Privacy policy.

Short version: the website doesn't track you, we collect only what's needed to run the game and your purchases, and you can ask us to delete your data any time.

What we collect

  1. 01This website is static and has no accounts or forms, so it doesn't directly collect personal data. Our host may keep standard server logs (IP, browser) for security and operation. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which processes your IP to serve them.
  2. 02The game server, when you connect, processes your Minecraft username, account UUID, and IP address. These are needed to run the server, save your progress, enforce bans, and stop cheating. If you set a password (cracked login), it is stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text.
  3. 03Gameplay data like kills, coins, ranks and stats is tied to your account so the game works.
  4. 04Purchases (at launch) are handled by our payment provider (Tebex). They process your payment; we receive your username and what you bought, never your card details.
  5. 05Discord: if you join our Discord or click a Discord link, that's governed by Discord's own privacy policy.

Cookies

  1. 01We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
  2. 02We may store a single small flag in your browser to remember you dismissed the cookie notice. That's it.
  3. 03Embedded third parties (Google Fonts, Discord) may set their own cookies under their policies.

Why we use it & your rights

  1. 01We use your data only to operate the server, prevent cheating and abuse, process purchases, and improve the game. We don't sell your data.
  2. 02You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Open a ticket in our Discord and we'll handle it.
  3. 03This server isn't directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
  4. 04We keep account and gameplay data only as long as needed to run the server, plus ban records for safety. We may update this policy; the date below shows the last change.
